Services offered

• AI Realtor Academy: digital education, weekly lessons, workflow walkthroughs, prompts, and community access hosted through Skool.
• AI Kickstart: a paid two-call audit and strategy engagement, currently priced at $425, with a 45-minute Discovery & Context call, a custom report of recommended AI tools, automations, and next steps, and a 45-minute Audit Review call.
• Custom AI Build: consulting, automation setup, workflow implementation, AI assistant configuration, training, and ongoing support, scoped by proposal or agreement.

Payments and delivery

Payments may be processed through Stripe, Skool, Calendly, or another third-party checkout provider. Michael Wong AI does not store full payment card numbers on this website.

Digital community access is delivered through the platform listed at checkout. Consulting sessions are delivered remotely by Zoom or another agreed video meeting tool. Custom implementation work is delivered according to the written scope, schedule, and communication channel agreed with the client.

Refund and dispute policy

If something looks wrong with a payment, charge, access, or invoice, contact Michael Wong AI first at [email protected] so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Refund eligibility depends on the offer purchased and whether the service has already been delivered. AI Kickstart sessions may be refunded if the session is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Once a consulting session, report, digital access, or custom implementation milestone has been delivered, payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in a separate written agreement.

Cancellation policy

Scheduled consulting sessions can be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours before the start time. Late cancellations, missed sessions, or no-shows may be charged in full.

Recurring subscriptions, if offered, can be canceled through the platform where the subscription was purchased or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing, but it does not automatically create a refund for prior billing periods unless the applicable checkout platform or written agreement says otherwise.

Physical products, shipping, and returns

Michael Wong AI does not currently sell or ship physical products from this website. Because the business sells digital education, consulting, and services, there is no physical shipping or return process.

Legal and export restrictions

Customers are responsible for using any AI tools, prompts, automations, training materials, and implementation work in compliance with applicable laws, platform terms, real estate rules, brokerage policies, MLS rules, privacy requirements, advertising rules, and export controls.

Services are not intended for illegal activity, fraud, spam, deceptive advertising, or uses prohibited by the payment processor or the third-party platforms involved.

Promotion terms

Promotional pricing, discounts, bonuses, or limited-time offers apply only when explicitly shown at checkout or in a written offer. Promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
